Enrollment for any course at DIS Institute is considered complete only after the student has successfully filled out the official enrollment form, submitted all mandatory details accurately, and made the required initial payment or full payment as per the chosen fee structure. The student must ensure that all personal, academic, and contact information provided is correct and up to date, as DIS Institute will rely on this information for official communication, certification, and other administrative purposes. Once the enrollment process is finalized, a confirmation will be sent to the student via email, WhatsApp, or any other official mode of communication used by the institute. It is the responsibility of the student to verify and acknowledge this confirmation. DIS Institute reserves the right to deny admission if any provided details are found to be false, incomplete, or misleading, without any obligation to refund the fees paid. Furthermore, the institute maintains the right to determine the appropriate batch allocation and schedule for each student based on availability, course requirements, and operational feasibility. Requests for specific batch timings will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.
Enrollment at DIS Institute is a formal procedure designed to ensure that each student is fully prepared and committed to their chosen program. The process is considered complete only after the applicant has: Submitted the Official Enrollment Form – The form must be filled out accurately and completely, providing all requested personal, academic, and contact information. Any omission or misrepresentation of details may lead to delays in processing, rejection of the application, or cancellation of enrollment without refund. Provided All Required Documentation – This includes, but is not limited to, valid proof of identity, recent passport-sized photographs, and any academic transcripts or certificates required for the specific course. DIS Institute reserves the right to request additional documents for verification purposes at any stage of the enrollment process. Completed the Payment Process – The applicable course fee must be paid in accordance with the institute’s fee structure and payment policies. Payment can be made through the officially approved modes only, and proof of payment must be retained by the student for record-keeping purposes. The institute will review all submitted applications to ensure eligibility and compliance with course prerequisites. Incomplete forms, missing documentation, or partial payments will result in the application being placed on hold until the deficiencies are rectified. The student’s place in the course will only be confirmed upon official acknowledgment from the institute, which will be sent via email, SMS, or other authorized communication channels. Applicants are strongly advised to thoroughly review all course details, schedules, prerequisites, and terms before submitting their enrollment request, as all admissions are granted subject to the institute’s discretion. The decision of DIS Institute regarding the acceptance or rejection of any application shall be final and binding. Once enrollment is confirmed, students are expected to adhere to all institutional rules, regulations, and academic policies as outlined in the Terms & Conditions. The institute also reserves the right to withdraw admission in cases of misconduct, misrepresentation, or failure to comply with stated requirements, without any obligation for a fee refund.
All fees for the courses offered by DIS Institute must be paid in accordance with the payment plan selected by the student at the time of enrollment. Students may opt for a one-time full payment or an installment-based EMI plan, as available. It is the responsibility of the student (or their parent/guardian, where applicable) to ensure that payments are made on or before the due date specified in the chosen plan. Late payments may attract additional charges or late fees, which will be clearly communicated by the institute. DIS Institute reserves the right to withhold access to classes, course materials, certificates, and other resources until all outstanding dues are cleared. All payments made are generally non-refundable, except in circumstances explicitly stated under the refund and cancellation policy. Any payment reversal, chargeback, or non-clearance of fees will be treated as a breach of the enrollment agreement, and the institute may take appropriate administrative or legal action if required. Students are encouraged to retain all payment receipts for their records, as proof of payment may be requested in case of disputes.
Enrollment in any course offered by DIS Institute is subject to the completion of the prescribed registration process, including the accurate submission of personal, academic, and contact details. Applicants must ensure that all information provided is correct, valid, and verifiable, as any false or misleading information may result in the immediate cancellation of admission without any refund. Seats in each program are limited and will be allotted strictly on a first-come, first-served basis upon completion of the admission formalities and confirmation of fee payment. DIS Institute reserves the right to decline or defer admission based on eligibility criteria, seat availability, or internal policy decisions without the obligation to provide further explanation. By enrolling, the student agrees to comply with all institutional rules, regulations, and academic guidelines applicable during the course period.
All course fees must be paid in accordance with the fee structure applicable at the time of admission. Payments may be made in a lump sum or through approved installment plans, as per the options provided by the Institute. In case of installment payments, students must adhere strictly to the due dates mentioned in the payment schedule; any delays may attract late payment charges or suspension from classes until dues are cleared. All fees paid are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances where the Institute deems a refund appropriate, subject to applicable deductions. Refund requests, if considered, must be submitted in writing with valid justification and supporting documentation. The Institute reserves the right to revise its fee structure periodically and such changes will be applicable to new enrollments only. Payment of fees constitutes acceptance of these terms and acknowledgment of the refund policy.
Students are expected to maintain a high standard of discipline, punctuality, and professional behavior at all times during their association with DIS Institute. This includes adhering to class schedules, being respectful towards faculty, peers, and staff, and refraining from any form of misconduct, harassment, or disruptive activity that may negatively impact the learning environment. Students must take full responsibility for their learning by attending classes regularly, completing assignments on time, and preparing for assessments as per the curriculum requirements. Any form of academic dishonesty, including plagiarism, cheating in exams, or falsification of records, will result in strict disciplinary action, which may include suspension, termination of enrollment, or withholding of certificates. The Institute expects every student to act as an ambassador of the organization and maintain its reputation both within and outside the premises.
To derive maximum benefit from the course and to be eligible for certifications, students are required to maintain a minimum attendance percentage as stipulated by the Institute at the time of admission. Consistent attendance and active participation in both theoretical and practical sessions are essential components of the learning process. Repeated absences without prior notice or valid justification may lead to a warning, restriction from appearing in exams, or, in severe cases, cancellation of enrollment. Students are responsible for catching up on any missed lessons, assignments, or announcements by consulting faculty members or accessing available learning materials. The Institute encourages students to participate in workshops, projects, and group discussions to enhance their skills and industry readiness.
The Institute follows a structured system of academic evaluation comprising assignments, quizzes, projects, and examinations to assess student progress. Each student is required to meet the minimum academic standards, as outlined in the course policy, to successfully complete the program. Certifications will be awarded only upon fulfilling all academic, attendance, and financial requirements of the course. DIS Institute reserves the right to withhold certificates in cases of non-compliance with institutional policies or pending dues. The format, content, and grading criteria for evaluations may vary depending on the course and will be determined solely by the Institute. Students must also note that certifications are a recognition of course completion and do not guarantee employment, although the Institute provides necessary training and guidance to enhance career prospects.
The resources, infrastructure, and facilities provided by the Institute, including classrooms, laboratories, software, and internet access, must be used responsibly and solely for academic purposes. Any misuse, damage, or unauthorized use of Institute property will attract disciplinary action and may require the student to bear the cost of repair or replacement. Students must not engage in activities that disrupt the functioning of the Institute or cause inconvenience to others. The use of copyrighted software or learning materials must comply with legal guidelines, and reproduction or distribution without authorization is strictly prohibited. The Institute reserves the right to monitor the usage of its facilities to ensure compliance with these guidelines.
By enrolling at DIS Institute, students consent to the collection, storage, and use of their personal information, including photographs, videos, academic records, and contact details, for administrative, academic, and promotional purposes. The Institute ensures that such data will be handled with confidentiality and will not be shared with unauthorized third parties except where required by law or for placement assistance, certification processes, and other legitimate academic activities. Students may be photographed or recorded during classes, events, or workshops, and such material may be used in the Institute’s marketing and communication channels. While reasonable measures are taken to protect student data, the Institute cannot be held responsible for breaches beyond its reasonable control.
DIS Institute shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, damages, or claims arising out of or related to the participation of students, parents, staff, or third parties in any of our courses, events, or activities. While the institute is committed to maintaining the highest standards of education, discipline, and operational integrity, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, placements, or professional results upon course completion. Participants, their guardians, or representatives agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DIS Institute, its management, employees, and associates from and against any and all allegations, disputes, claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from their own actions, misconduct, misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms & Conditions. This clause ensures that any disputes or concerns will be addressed through appropriate internal procedures or lawful channels, and no defamatory, false, or misleading claims shall be made against the institute in public forums, social media, or otherwise, without substantiated evidence and completion of due process.
DIS Institute reserves the absolute right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Such changes may be introduced to comply with legal requirements, enhance service quality, or address operational needs. Updated terms will be made available on the Institute’s official communication channels, and continued enrollment or participation in courses will be deemed as acceptance of the revised terms. Students are encouraged to review the Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates. At DIS Institute, we are firmly committed to upholding the highest standards of transparency, accountability, and professionalism in every aspect of our operations. As part of this commitment, we have developed this comprehensive Fee Refund Policy to clearly define the terms, conditions, and procedures under which course fee refunds may be requested, evaluated, and, where applicable, granted. This policy is intended to ensure fairness and consistency in handling all refund-related matters and to provide clarity to our students regarding their financial rights and obligations. We believe that open communication and mutual understanding are essential to maintaining trust and satisfaction within our learning community. By enrolling in any academic, training, or certification course offered by DIS Institute, students formally acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Fee Refund Policy. The act of enrollment constitutes a binding agreement to comply with the policy's provisions, and all refund requests will be processed in accordance with the criteria specified herein. We strongly encourage all prospective and current students to carefully review this policy in its entirety prior to completing their course registration. Should any clarification or additional information be required, our administrative team remains available to provide assistance and ensure that all questions are addressed thoroughly.

At DIS Institute, we are committed to delivering high-quality, student-centered educational experiences that empower learners to achieve their academic and professional goals. In alignment with our values of transparency and accountability, we encourage all prospective students to conduct a thorough review of all course-related information prior to enrollment. This includes, but is not limited to, the course curriculum, class schedules, mode of delivery, duration, trainer or instructor profiles, and any prerequisites or requirements relevant to the program. Students are strongly advised to ensure that the course they intend to enroll in aligns with their expectations, learning objectives, and availability. Making an informed decision at the time of enrollment helps prevent misunderstandings and supports a more successful learning experience. Refund requests will only be considered under specific, predefined circumstances as outlined in this policy. These conditions have been established to maintain fairness and consistency in our administrative processes while balancing the operational commitments of the Institute. The DIS Institute reserves the sole and absolute right to decline any refund request that does not meet the clearly stated eligibility criteria. All students, by proceeding with enrollment and payment, acknowledge and agree to adhere to the terms and conditions of this policy.
At DIS Institute, we recognize that selecting the right educational program is an important decision for every student. To facilitate this process and promote transparency in course selection, the Institute may offer trial classes or demonstration sessions prior to full enrollment. These sessions are intended to give prospective students a real-time experience of the course environment, instructional methods, and subject matter delivery. Trial or demo classes serve as a valuable opportunity for students to assess whether the course content, teaching approach, and trainer expertise meet their expectations and learning preferences. As such, attendance in a trial or demo class is highly recommended before confirming enrollment in any of our programs. Participating in these sessions allows students to make better-informed decisions and minimizes the chances of dissatisfaction after enrollment. In certain cases, trial classes may be offered free of charge; however, for selected programs or under specific conditions, trial classes may be provided on a paid basis. It is important to understand that any fee paid toward a trial or demo class is considered a non-refundable administrative charge, intended to cover the cost of resource allocation and faculty time. Nonetheless, as a gesture of goodwill and to support committed learners, the Institute may allow the paid trial class fee to be credited or adjusted against the total course fee, provided that the student proceeds with full enrollment within the stipulated period following the trial session. This adjustment is offered at the sole discretion of the Institute and may vary depending on the course or promotion in effect. It is also critical to note that once the first official class of a registered course has commenced, students will no longer be eligible for any fee refunds, regardless of their attendance, participation, or personal circumstances thereafter. This is because seat allocation, faculty engagement, and institutional resources are planned and committed in advance based on confirmed enrollments. By attending a trial or demo class and/or proceeding with full enrollment, students explicitly acknowledge and accept the conditions outlined in this section of the policy. The Institute is not obligated to offer additional trial sessions or exceptions beyond what is stated.
DIS Institute is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent refund process for all its enrolled students. However, to ensure consistency and administrative efficiency, refunds will only be considered under clearly defined conditions. A full refund of course fees may be granted only if all the following eligibility criteria are strictly met: The refund request must be submitted in writing via email to the Institute’s official communication channel before the first official class session of the enrolled course begins. Requests submitted after the course has commenced will not be considered, except under special circumstances initiated by the Institute itself. The student must provide complete and accurate information in their refund request, including: Full legal name and up-to-date contact information (email address and phone number) Specific course name, batch details, and intended start date A clear and concise explanation for the refund request Valid proof of payment, such as a transaction ID, payment receipt, or invoice copy All refund requests will be evaluated by the administration team, and if approved, the refund will be processed through the original mode of payment, unless otherwise communicated. Approved refunds may be subject to deductions, which may include administrative charges, processing fees, or third-party transaction costs incurred during enrollment. Please note that once the first official class of the course has commenced, the student is no longer eligible for a refund under any circumstance, regardless of attendance or participation, unless the course is cancelled, rescheduled, or otherwise terminated by DIS Institute due to internal reasons. In such cases, any applicable refunds will be handled at the discretion of the Institute, with communication provided to all affected students. By proceeding with enrollment, students acknowledge and agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this section. The Institute reserves the right to request additional documentation or clarification before processing any refund.
At DIS Institute, we maintain a clear and structured refund policy to ensure consistency, fairness, and operational integrity. While we strive to offer flexibility wherever possible, there are specific situations in which refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. All students are advised to carefully review the following non-refundable scenarios before proceeding with enrollment: 1. Non-Attendance or Absenteeism Refunds will not be granted to students who fail to attend scheduled classes, whether due to personal obligations, travel plans, illness, or conflicting responsibilities. Students are expected to manage their schedules accordingly once enrolled, and missed classes do not entitle a student to a refund or course repetition without cost. 2. Technical or Access Issues on the Student’s End The Institute is not responsible for technical problems originating from the student's side, including but not limited to: Device malfunction or incompatibility Internet connectivity issues Inability to access the learning platform due to local restrictions or user error These issues are outside the Institute’s control and do not qualify as valid grounds for a refund. 3. Change of Mind or Schedule Refunds will not be approved if a student chooses to withdraw from the course due to a personal change in interest, altered priorities, or newly arising scheduling conflicts. Enrollment is considered a commitment, and such personal decisions are not recognized as grounds for reimbursement. 4. Post-Enrollment Dissatisfaction Once a course has begun, no refund will be granted based on subjective dissatisfaction with: Teaching style or methodology Course pace or difficulty level Instructor delivery or communication Course content or materials We encourage all students to attend trial/demo sessions and review the course outline thoroughly in advance to ensure alignment with their expectations. 5. Violation of Institute Policies Students who engage in any behavior that violates the Institute’s Code of Conduct, Academic Integrity Policy, or other institutional guidelines may be subject to disciplinary actions, including removal from the course. Examples of violations include: Disruptive behavior during live or recorded sessions Plagiarism or cheating Sharing course materials without authorization Disrespectful or inappropriate communication with instructors or peers Students removed from a course for such violations will not be eligible for a refund under any condition. 6. Right to Dismissal DIS Institute reserves the right to suspend or permanently expel any student if their behavior, communication, or actions compromise the learning environment or administrative integrity. Refunds will not be provided in cases involving: The use of false or misleading information during enrollment Harassment, abuse, or misconduct directed at faculty, staff, or fellow students Incomplete submissions or missing documentation may delay the processing of the refund or result in rejection of the request. Repeated disruption of sessions or refusal to follow instructions Any activity deemed in breach of Institute values or professional ethics All such decisions made by the Institute shall be considered final and binding, and no appeals will be entertained regarding refund eligibility in these cases.
For students who meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy, DIS Institute has established a clear and efficient refund process to ensure that requests are handled in a timely and transparent manner. DIS Institute strives to ensure that all scheduled courses proceed as planned to provide a consistent and reliable learning experience for all students. However, there may be exceptional situations beyond our control that necessitate the cancellation or rescheduling of a course. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to: Insufficient enrollment numbers that prevent the course from being viable Technical difficulties affecting course delivery or platform functionality Unavailability of assigned trainers or key instructional staff Internal academic, operational, or administrative considerations deemed critical by the Institute Policy on Course Cancellation and Rescheduling In the event that DIS Institute finds it necessary to cancel a course prior to its official start date, all affected students will be promptly notified via email or other official communication channels. Under these circumstances, students will be entitled to a full refund of all course fees paid, without any deductions or penalties. If a course is cancelled or discontinued after the official commencement date, the Institute will review the specific situation and may offer a partial refund, taking into account the sessions already delivered and resources utilized. Such refunds will be granted solely at the discretion of the Institute and will be communicated clearly to the affected students. Alternatively, to accommodate student preferences and minimize disruption, the Institute may offer the option to reschedule enrollment to a future batch or equivalent program of comparable value and content. Students who choose this option will be assisted by the administrative team to smoothly transition into the alternate course schedule. Refund Processing Timeline Refunds resulting from course cancellations will be processed promptly, with a target timeline of within seven (7) to ten (10) business days from the date the cancellation notice is issued. Refunds will be disbursed through the original payment method, following the same process outlined in the Refund Process section of this policy. DIS Institute remains committed to maintaining transparency and minimizing inconvenience in such rare situations and encourages students to reach out with any questions or concerns regarding cancellations or rescheduling.
